High pressure tolerance

There are various specifications on supporting wire and wedge filters with the cross-sectional area of 1-26mm2 which can withstand various high pressure. The wedge filter is twined with supporting wire and its intersection points are welded together to make an excellent mechanical strength and pressure resistance which will not cause excessive expansion, deformation or leaking problem like mesh.

Cleanliness

Single layer structure is easy to clean which jamming will not occur and the surface is clean and smooth after using electrolysis treatment.
Due to automatic gravity sewerage, there is no need to replace filter material and easy to manage.

Long lasting

The effective filtration area accounts for 20% of the total area (taking 0.25mm gap 60 mesh suction collecting head as an example).
